Occasions Box carefully prepares and packs each order from our studio in Fort Lee. Orders ship Monday thru Friday.

SHIPPING TIMETABLE

All orders are prepped and packed within 1–4 business days from the time of purchase. Please allow for arrival 3—7 business days, after shipment.  All shipments have tracking so that we may ensure safe delivery.

SHIPPING

We currently ship all domestic orders via USPS and UPS.  We provide a variety of shipping options on all orders.

If in any event your package is lost or stolen, please email us at hello@occasionsbox.com so that we make take the necessary measures to help you locate your package.

LOCAL HAND-DELIVERY

We provide local hand delivery for boxes that contain flower arrangements.  Unless it is a rush order, please allow 1-2 business for hand-delivery orders.  Same-day delivery is available upon request by emailing us at hello@occasionsbox.com

Rush Orders:  We  can accommodate rushed or expedited shipping.  Expedited shipping costs apply. Please email hello@occasionsbox.com for rush order inquiries and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We only accept returns for refund or exchange if  items were damaged in transit. Please email hello@occasionsbox.com if you have received a damaged product.
