Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Occasions Box LLC gift designs are the sole property of Occasions Box LLC. Gifts may not be resold without written permission from Occasions Box. Gift designs may not be altered in any way and still presented as Occasions Box LLC via social media, blogging or any other public forum without consent or permission from Occasions Box LLC.

FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER + SKIN ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Food products and/or Skin products (such as skin, bath or beauty products) sold on Occasions Box LLC are not created by Occasions Box LLC.  Such food or skin products provided in our gift boxes are generally labeled with possible allergen-containing ingredients from the manufacturer. Any non-labeled food and/or skin product always has a risk of possible allergen contamination. All clients are encouraged to read the labels before consuming and/or using any products in our gift boxes. Occasions Box LLC will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed or skin products used, including labeled and non-labeled food/skin products.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Because of the perishable and sometimes seasonal nature of many of the products we carry, products are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value as necessary to ensure the quality and timely delivery of your gifts.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

We pride ourselves in providing top notch service and we want to make sure your package arrives how you’d expect. Please note, additional fees may apply for delivery of boxes with items that are subject to melt. For orders during warm weather months (May 15th – Sept 30th),  we will charge an additional fee for cold packs. Any items requiring the cold packs will be clearly designated as such in the item description within the Website and the fee will be disclosed. Please note that ordering items subject to melting is at your own risk. Although we strive to provide the best, quality upon, delivery of these items in perfect condition cannot be guaranteed by Occasions Box LLC.  Occasions Box LLC will not issue refunds as a result of melting regardless of the time of year, even if cold packs were used.

PRODUCT PACKAGING

On occasion, manufacturers may update their product packaging and ingredient lists. As a result, actual product packaging may differ from what is displayed on our website.

PRODUCT IMAGES

Occasions Box LLC has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images of its products that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any product will be completely accurate.

RETURN POLICY

All orders are final sale and non-refundable.  However, we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives and you’re not satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.

SHIPPING

It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping/delivery information.  Accurate and complete information is required to avoid additional fees as well as delays in your order.  We ship via USPS, UPS or FEDEX.  For USPS orders please allow at least one week for delivery as delivery times may vary and we have no control of delivery once our gift boxes leave our hands. Final shipping costs will be displayed at the end of your order depending on your delivery preference. If you need a specific order on a specific day, please contact us and we will do our best to get your order expedited.

DAMAGES

We must receive notification of damaged products within 48 hours of delivery. Please consider that products and packaging are subject to shift in transport and that is not considered damaged or defective.  For products damaged during shipping, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection in order to file a claim with our ship. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

SOCIAL MEDIA + MARKETING

Due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to promote/market our services.  We may include a business card and/or insert a card inside each gift box or welcome gift. We also reserve the right to publish finished products on social media, and or promotional industry blogs and on Occasions Box’s Journal.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS + ITEMS DESIGNED BY OCCASIONS BOX

Any and all items, designed by Occasions Box LLC and/or customized for a particular customer (i.e. personalized gift tag or sticker templates, uploaded documents, custom printing) and included as part of an order will be printed exactly as they are submitted by the customer or presented to the customer. If such items are submitted by the customer, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all submissions are correct. Occasions Box LLC is not responsible for any misspellings, typographical errors, omissions, or any other inaccuracies contained in any submissions provided by the customer.

CHANGES TO PRICING + SERVICES

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
